Can I order other products that you do not stock in your store?
Yes, We can special order most any fresh or frozen seafood for shipping, delivery, or pick up.  Call for details.

Can I have your seafood shipped out of the country?
Sorry we can not ship out of the country.


Do I have to remove the seafood from the package before thawing?
We Recommend removing from the package, rinse under cold water,  thaw underrefrigeration.  
Then use immediatly for best flavor and texture.


Do I have to thaw the seafood before cooking?
No, We prefer to cook it frozen, as it locks in the moisture.  Your cooking time and temperature will vary with this method. Please check our website for recipes ideas and other cooking information. Go to our links tab and click on the 'cook it frozen' link for more recipe ideas.

Can I take frozen seafood through the airport?
Yes, if done correctly. We recommend wrapping the frozen seafood in a thick piece of newspaper, then wrap in a leak proof bag.  We always put our seafood in the bag that goes in the cargo area.  It is very cold down there and will keep your seafood good until you arrive at your destination.  Always call the airport if you plan to take seafood in your carry on.  At this printing gel pacs are not allowed on airplanes, but you could subsitute frozen veggies if you like, it would accomplish the same thing.  As we see it the seafood is frozen at 15 below and it would take sometime for it to thaw completely.  The 'kooler brand' hot/cold bags are great insulators as well.

How Come you only sell frozen seafood? 
As fishermen we know how long so called 'fresh' seafood can take to arrive at the retail market.  Think about it, it starts to decay the minute it is caught.  It is no longer  a 'fresh' product unless you are lucky enough to eat it within the first few hours of being caught.  Take a good look at what you think you are buying.  Often times the products will say previouly frozen in teeny tiny writing.  Retailers by law must tell you it has been previouly frozen and where it was caught.  This is why we fishermen like frozen seafood products, they are the best quality your money can buy, they are ageless and frozen in time.  TAKE THE TIME TO THAW IT YOURSELF.
